At our practice, we understand that every patient's journey is unique, which is why we offer both virtual and in-person consultations to accommodate your needs. While virtual consultations offer convenience and flexibility, in-person consultations provide an opportunity for a more personalized and comprehensive experience and are our preferred method of care for clients located in South Florida.
We are also proud to serve patients from across the United States and around the world, providing them with access to personalized care from the comfort of their own homes. Our concierge practice offers a highly comprehensive virtual consultation process through our secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual consultation software. Should a virtual consultation lead to the need for an in-person follow-up, we are more than happy to welcome patients into our office for further evaluation and care. Our goal is to ensure that each patient receives the highest level of care, whether virtually or in person.
In consideration of Dr. Afrooz’s time and expert evaluation of your case, a consultation fee of $175 is collected at the time of scheduling. This fee is credited in full toward your procedure with Dr. Afrooz should you choose to move forward.
Booking an in-person consultation with us is simple and seamless. Patients have the option to fill out the "Contact Us" form on our website, where our dedicated coordinator will promptly reach out to schedule your appointment. Alternatively, you can directly contact our office at (305) 748-2248 to schedule your consultation over the phone.
Once your consultation is booked, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing important details, including our address and parking instructions. You will also receive automated text message reminders will be sent to you 72 hours before your appointment and again 24 hours before to ensure you don't miss your scheduled time. Additionally, you will receive a link to sign into your patient portal, where you are required to fill out the new patient forms before your appointment. Completing these forms beforehand ensures a smoother and quicker check-in process on the day of your consultation. However, if the forms are incomplete upon arrival, you will have the option to fill them out using an iPad provided by our office.
Upon your arrival at our office, our warm and welcoming receptionist will greet you and assist with the check-in process. You will then be escorted to a private consultation room by our patient coordinator, where you will have the opportunity to meet personally with Dr. Afrooz.
During your consultation, Dr. Afrooz will take the time to understand your unique goals and concerns, perform a thorough evaluation, and discuss personalized treatment options tailored to your needs. We prioritize open communication and patient education to ensure you feel confident and informed every step of the way.

During your in-person consultation with Dr. Paul Afrooz, you’ll have the unique opportunity to explore your desired enhancements using Crisalix 3D Plastic Surgery Simulation. This innovative tool takes the guesswork out of aesthetic procedures by allowing you to preview realistic “after” images of your face or body—long before any surgical steps are taken.
Please remember that the Crisalix 3D images are approximations and not definitive guarantees. Actual results can vary due to factors like individual anatomy, skin elasticity, and healing response. During your consultation, Dr. Afrooz will address these variables, ensuring you have realistic expectations as you move forward.
