Our patient was concerned with the bump which was apparent in her profile and ¾ view. She was also bothered by the slightly crooked appearance of her bridge and desired a nasal tip that was softer, prettier, and a little more contoured. The result has achieved all of these objectives by removing the bump, straightening the bridge, and creating a prettier nasal tip.
