This patient sought out Dr. Afrooz after having had 3 prior rhinoplasties. Her nose was crooked, her bridge had contour irregularities, and she had noticeably severe nostril asymmetry. Dr. Afrooz performed her revision rhinoplasty using her own rib cartilage. He straightened her nose, smoothed out the bridge in profile, created better symmetry of her nostrils, and improved the shape of the tip.
