This patient is in his mid 30’s and expressed concern about the width and shape of his nostrils, as well as the appearance of his nasal tip, particularly when he smiled. He felt that his tip pointed down when he smiled. He had an open rhinoplasty to narrow his nasal bridge, reduce the hump, narrow the nostrils, and refine the shape of his nasal tip. He is just 8 months out from his surgery in these photos.
