My patient in her mid-40's underwent a deep plane lower face and neck lift procedure to restore the definition and youthful contour to her jawline, while also alleviating nasolabial folds and marionette lines caused by tissue laxity and volume loss in the mid to lower face region. I also performed a temporal brow lift to elevate the brows, creating a more refreshed appearance. To further enhance her results, I carried out subtle facial fat grafting, addressing volume loss and adding natural plumpness to the face.
