Blepharoplasty
Her lower eyelids are puffy and have the typical “bags” that patients often describe. To address this, I performed a lower eyelid blepharoplasty in which the bags are reduced, and fat is used to fill in the harsh line below the bags. This creates a much smoother transition from the lower eyelids to the cheeks which is the ultimate goal in lower eyelid blepharoplasty.
