Dr. Afrooz deserves 10 stars! I had a partial facelift, eye lift, and fat graft procedure. It's only been a couple of weeks and I'm out and about with hardly any evidence of surgery. I'm still a little swollen but very, very happy! Dr. Afrooz even stopped at my house the night of my procedure to make sure all was ok (the night before Thanksgiving!) He truly cares about his patients which is not easy to find in Miami. 110% recommend.

It has been just 30 days since my surgery with Dr. Afrooz and I am exceedingly happy with my results already. Dr. Afrooz is an extremely talented and patient man and his entire staff is top notch. I was more than a little nervous about the procedure. As I started to approach my 60th birthday coming up in April I started to notice sagging skin on my face and neck. I recently had a facelift, fat grafting, lip lift and upper & lower blepharoplasty. Dr. Afrooz and his staff were kind, warm and professional from beginning to end! Dr. Afrooz was never rushed and always took the time to answer all questions pre & post op. He explained everything he was going to do in detail which made me feel confident I was in great hands. Day of surgery came and of course I was nervous. Dr. Afrooz came in to do his final prep and he was so calm and confident. It has been 18 days since Dr. Afrooz performed neck lift surgery to treat my turkey neck, marionette lines and sagging jowls. The outcome is a stunning success. I always knew that I would need a facelift someday, but it wasn’t until my 60th birthday that I knew it was time. Dr. Afrooz was recommended to me by a good friend in Miami and described as a rising star having trained with the best. He is definitely the youngest surgeon I saw, but I was very impressed by his calm confidence and demeanor. He listened and understood that I did not want to look weird, or unlike myself, and then he made recommendations. He and his office were never pushy, but they always responded immediately to any questions I had. I made my decision based on something intangible, that is I just felt good about it. He did a brow lift, upper eye lift, and my facelift and neck lift with fat injections. It’s been almost 3 months, and I am just so pleased with my results. Initially I was very worried because I was very puffy and swollen from the fat, but this went down a little bit every day and most importantly, Dr. Afrooz was there every step of the way to assure me that my recovery was going well. I love my result, and I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. Your face is your window to the world. Wow! I had and continue to have such an awesome experience. I had blepharoplasty on upper and lower lids. I was very nervous to get this procedure done because eyes are everything. The staff and Dr. Afrooz were beyond wonderful - eased all my fears. My lower bags were so bad people constantly asked “Are you tired? Are you feeling ok?” Ugh. In the consultation he explained everything so thoroughly. I am so happy with the results! He checked on me post op that night and saw me the very next day to ensure I was doing well. His team is so efficient, but best of all fun! Highly recommend!

As a very fair skinned 74-year-old female, I needed facelift and neck lift. So, I consulted the best plastic surgeon in my Central Florida metropolitan city. The plastic surgeon said my surgery was too complex. He referred me to Dr. Afrooz saying he is the best plastic surgeon he knows; that Dr. Afrooz has devoted his career to facelift and neck lift surgery. My surgery went flawlessly. I was fairly comfortable on the 2nd day after the surgery. Dr. Afrooz and his staff constantly kept in touch using phone calls and text messages. Dr. Afrooz is a perfectionist! For 7 days after surgery, he kept a close watch on my progress, and answered all my questions patiently and compassionately. Likewise, his office staff is very caring, empathetic and sincere. They were courteous, prompt and responsive about my questions and requests. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the surgery and the outcome is much better than I expected. I would highly recommend Dr. Afrooz to anyone, especially if they need more advanced surgery.

I am a young 60-something year old man and for the past several years, I had debated the best way to fix the 'stuff' hanging down under my chin. It took me years (literally) to decide to do something. After working with his wonderful office staff to schedule my consultation, I met with Dr. Afrooz. After 5 minutes of talking to him, my wife and I felt a special bond and knew there was zero doubt that I was in the proper hands. I could feel his confidence that he was the right doctor to fix my concerns. We sat with Dr. Afrooz for some time until all my questions were answered. He explained everything clearly and slowly, and I never felt rushed. I am writing this approximately 18 weeks from my surgery. While the days right after and a few weeks after the surgery weren't that pleasant, I could not be more pleased with my result. Any of the minor discomfort that I had was well worth it. The follow up visits were plentiful and the FaceTime calls while I was at home were nearly daily. My first plastic surgery at age 60 – why did I wait so long? Dr Afrooz performed an upper blepharoplasty to fix my sad-looking, droopy eyelids and micro-needling to stimulate collagen growth in my crepey skin. Already I look more energetic and alert, and I’m excited to have a face that matches how I feel, 60 going on... well, much younger. I don't think I have been more hesitant to do anything in my life than getting a rhinoplasty and I'm so grateful I did it with Dr Afrooz. From the minute I met him at my consultation I knew he would be my surgeon. He has a way about him that makes you so comfortable and I trusted him completely. On my date of surgery I was so nervous as I had never been under anesthesia before but he came in to see me before I went in to calm me down. In the blink of an eye it was done. The recovery was not bad at all (I was expecting much more discomfort) and his team went above and beyond for me from start to finish. I'm only 6 weeks post op but he said my nose is looking great and I'm already very happy with my results! Easiest experience ever and soothed all my fears surrounding surgery. I would do it again.
